Since the voter exchange mechanism should not be used for comments, spam or other inferior content, a manual check is currently carried out before the vote. In addition to the blacklist, I am considering integrating a whitelist. But these are functions that can grow bit by bit.

As I have already said: the right settings have to be found in practice and will certainly be adapted bit by bit - if only because of the constantly growing HP or because we in- or exclude one or another account.
One final note:
I don't want to write down the actual calculation here - otherwise Hive Watchers will come even faster and beat me up for this glitch. (Message to Hive Watchers: as a project creator, I can decide for myself what use and value I put behind my tokens, right?) Friends, use this ~~voter~~ service as long as it exists! I can recommend you to visit the voter (while it lasts!), move the slider and compare the CCD price with the market. You may also have received your CCD as a reward for an HP delegation. In that case, I am of course particularly pleased that you can now double and triple your CCD value.
