Quick & Healthy Churma Laddu Recipe

Ingredients:
Leftover rotis (crumbled)
Sugar (as per taste)
Grated dry coconut
Dry fruits (optional - almonds, cashews)
Oil or ghee (as needed)
Method:
Prepare the Crumbs: Take the leftover rotis and break them into small pieces. Grind them in a mixer until you get fine crumbs.
Mix Ingredients: Add sugar and grated dry coconut to the crumbs. You can also add finely chopped dry fruits like almonds or cashews for extra crunch and flavor.
Roast Dry Fruits (Optional): If using dry fruits, lightly fry them in a little hot oil or ghee at the last minute to enhance their taste.
Add Oil/Ghee: Heat oil or ghee as required and pour it over the roti mixture. Mix well with a spoon.
Shape the Laddus: Once the mixture cools down slightly, knead it with your hands until everything combines well. Then shape the mixture into small laddus.
