Today, I am sharing my favorite dinner recipe with you, which is both easy to make and delicious. I have recently started trying to lose weight. I exercise regularly and prefer to eat low-calorie food for dinner. Oats are a superfood for weight loss. I often eat this for dinnerโit keeps me full and I don't consume too many calories. The name of this recipe is Oats Veggie Mix. This dish is high in protein and fiber, which helps in weight loss. Now, let's see how much weight I will lose. 2โ3 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 medium capsicum (bell pepper), chopped
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1/2 cup green peas
1 medium tomatoes, chopped
Salt, to taste
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 cups water

๐ฅHeat oil in a karahi . Add chopped onion and sautรฉ until slightly golden.
๐ฅ Add chopped carrot and capsicum; stir for 1 minute.
๐ซ Add boiled chickpeas and green peas; stir well.
๐ Add chopped tomatoes and salt; cook until tomatoes are soft .
๐ง Add paneer cubes and black pepper powder; mix gently.
๐Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
๐ฅ Add 3/4 cup oats and cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
๐ฅ Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the curry.
๐ฟ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
