Three Tune Tuesday: JB's Swag

Justin Bieber released his [Swag album](https://peakd.com/hive-193816/@cthings/three-tune-tuesday-or-swag-a-mix-of-randb-and-indie-pop) last July 11 and I loved it right away. Maybe it’s because the whole vibe is R&B and indie pop, or maybe it’s just because it’s JB. Probably both. I’ve been listening to him since grade school, so hearing that he’s making music again really felt like a throwback. Then last September 5, he surprised us again with Swag II. I’ve had it on repeat ever since. Honestly, I’m still stuck on the first Swag album so I don’t think I’ve fully processed this second one yet. But hey, I already have my early favorites! The beat is sooo catchy and I can’t stop vibing with it. The lyrics feel like JB telling his haters that no matter how much negativity is out there, he’s still moving forward. A lot of the songs are inspired by his marriage with Hailey. And while I’m not the biggest fan of their love story, I have to admit JB knows how to put his feelings into words. This one especially makes me want to fall in love all over again. The way JB sings it, the groove, the rhythm. I might be overthinking, but it really reminded me of MJ and now I can’t un-hear it. What do you think?
