I remembered the day of our orientation before joining this platform. One thing that struck my mind until now is that we just need to focus on making quality content. If we join this blogging journey, we will make sure that we have the passion to share what we have through writing. If we only look at the rewards through curations, we can forget the purpose of Hive. For me, it allows everyone to become writers. It showcases the hidden gems of those who feel judged and criticized by the people in the community.
To answer the question above, yes, I would still post blogs here even if there was no monetary reward. I heard about this platform in the last two years, but I only joined a month ago. As I mentioned in my intro blog, I somewhat like losing my will in writing. But when I attended the orientation, I tried, and I was amazed at how this platform works—not because of its curation rewards but because of the encouragement to respect everyone's write-ups.

We are given the freedom to express ourselves. As long as it does not give us a bad reputation, it's okay. But all of us are reminded of the different community rules to respect others. If you fail to do so, you will be muted and possibly banned from posting. That's why I would continue to post without any rewards. It is something that I always keep in mind.
I just joined a month ago, and I was not even expecting to earn what I have right now. I just thought of myself trying to express my feelings and emotions, especially my love for my family. Without these rewards, I would still be thankful. I am satisfying myself through my freedom to express myself. Unlike other platforms, if you try to post something that contradicts their principles or whatever, they will leave hurtful comments. But here, even if you don't like the content of the post, you should choose to be kind. Leaving encouraging and inspiring thoughts. Boosting one's confidence, and many more.

In this journey, I will always appreciate our time to listen to others. Especially when no one is there to listen to you. At least I found a place where people are open to engagement. We do not know each other well, but we give support and kindness to one another.
