Talk to and Motivate Yourself
It's quite easy to tire out when you engage in one form of sport or an exercise. When it's a stressful form of sports, the rate at which you tire out even increases at a geometric fashion. However, if you give up quickly, you gain nothing. So what to do?
Getting easily tired is a norm especially for new beginners to sports and exercises. It continues that way until the user builds some level of stamina and endurance or finds a way to continue unabated.
One of the options you have is to motivate and encourage yourself as you jog. For example, telling yourself that "I just need to reach that pole" is a way of pushing you forward. You'd realize that you are not as tired as you are because you may end up continuing on when you get to the pole.
You can also count steps you have achieved as you continue on. This helps you keep track of how far you have gone, and also encourages you to make a mental note of how many steps you want to achieve and pushes you on until you achieve your goal.
