When I first started jogging, it was hard to always get to my scheduled destination without easily getting tired out. No matter how I tried, I'd always see myself panting after less than 5 to 10 minuted of jogging.
I needed to improve on my stamina, my level of endurance and speed so I devised a means to achieve that.
Usually, I pinpoint landmarks ahead of me and motivate myself to reach it in a set number of minutes. I usually use landmarks that are several miles away from me as it helps me jog longer distances before getting tired.
Once I successfully meet the first target, I could rest a little and then choose another farther landmark. With these landmarks in my cross hairs, I am able to cover longer distances effectively.
