We cannot despise difficulties, because in the midst of struggles, the Lord also works to strengthen our faith, purify our hearts, and give us a greater capacity for more excellent service.
Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial that is to try you, as though something strange were happening to you. 13 But rejoice insofar as you share in Christ's sufferings, so that when his glory is revealed, you may also be glad and exceedingly glad. 14 If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and glory rests on you. Indeed, on their part, he is blasphemed, but on your part, he is glorified.

Even when the most difficult thing seems to be feeling blessed when we are in the midst of suffering, Jesus Christ clarifies this and affirms that we are blessed in the midst of suffering. Let us remember that the Lord's perspective often does not coincide with ours. Jesus Christ, because of his name, values suffering because it allows us to do the following:
Suffering in times of difficulty tests our faith, as we learn to trust more deeply and go much deeper into matters of faith. When we begin to understand that with God's help we can stand firm, we begin to persevere. We also learn to trust in God and that He sustains us in whatever situation we are going through.
Times of difficulty are also an excellent purifier in our lives, since the difficult moment and the moment of suffering push us to seek the Lord and thus allow us to refocus. As we draw closer to Him, He makes us aware of our faults and mistakes. All of this allows us to mature and improve.
As we become aware of the benefits and blessings of times of suffering or trials, we are prepared for better and greater service, since these difficult moments shatter our self-sufficiency and pride, attitudes that are usually limiting to our spiritual development. Pride falls to the ground when we recognize that Jesus Christ is our strength, and we cannot continue on our own strength but on His.
Let us not be surprised by the difficult situations that occur in our lives, since a life without problems is not synonymous with a life of blessing. "Let us not be surprised by the fire of trial." Let us remember that adversity strengthens our faith, purifies us, and prepares us for better service. Let us simply be grateful to God for these moments of adversity that strengthen us and bless our lives.
No podemos despreciar las dificultades ya que en medio de las luchas el señor también obra para fortalecer nuestra fe, purifica nuestro corazón y nos da una mayor capacidad para un servicio más excelente.
Amados, no os sorprendáis del fuego de prueba que os ha sobrevenido, como si alguna cosa extraña os aconteciese, 13 sino gozaos por cuanto sois participantes de los padecimientos de Cristo, para que también en la revelación de su gloria os gocéis con gran alegría. 14 Si sois vituperados por el nombre de Cristo, sois bienaventurados, porque el glorioso Espíritu de Dios reposa sobre vosotros. Aún cuando lo más difícil parece sentirse que somos bendecidos cuando estamos en medio del sufrimiento, Jesucristo lo aclara y así afirma que somos bendecidos en medio del sufrimiento, recordemos que la perspectiva del señor muchas veces no es coincidente con la nuestra. Jesucristo, a causa de su nombre valora ese sufrimiento ya que este momento nos permite lo siguiente:.
El sufrimiento al momento de dificultad nos pone a prueba en la fe ya que aprendemos a confiar más, vamos mucho más profundo en los asuntos de fe. Cuando comenzamos a comprender que con la ayuda de Dios podemos mantenernos firmes comenzamos a perseverar. También aprendemos a confiar en Dios Y que él no sostiene en cualquiera de las situaciones que estemos atravesando.
Los momentos de dificultad también son un excelente purificador en nuestras vidas ya que el momento difícil al momento de sufrimiento nos empuja a buscar del señor y de esa manera nos permite reenfocarnos y a medida que nos acercamos más a él él nos hace consciente de nuestras fallas y errores, todo esto nos permite madurar y mejorar.
A medida que vamos siendo consciente de los beneficios y bendiciones de los momentos de sufrimientos o pruebas, somos preparado para un mejor y mayor servicio ya que estos momentos difíciles echa por tierra nuestra autosuficiencia y orgullo que usualmente estas actitudes son limitantes para nuestro desarrollo espiritual. El orgullo cae por tierra cuando reconocemos qu Jesucristo es nuestra fuerza y no podemos seguir con nuestras propias fuerzas sino con la de él.
No nos sorprendamos por las situaciones difíciles que acontezca en nuestras vidas ya que una vida sin problema no es sinónimo de una vida de bendición, "no nos sorprendamos del fuego de la prueba". Recordemos que la adversidad fortalece nuestra fe, nos purifica y nos prepara para un mejor servicio, simplemente seamos agradecidos a Dios por estos momentos de adversidad que nos fortalecen y sean de bendición para nuestras vidas.
