We must understand that salvation and justification happen in a moment, in an instant, but putting it into practice and understanding it takes a lifetime.
But the Lord had said to Abram, "Go from your country, from your kindred, and from your father's house, to the land that I will show you. 2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great, and you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you; and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed." 4 So Abram went, as the Lord had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran. 5 So Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their possessions that they had gathered, and the people that they had acquired in Haran, and they set out to go to the land of Canaan. And they arrived in the land of Canaan.
Genesis 12:1-5
There comes a moment in our lives when we accept Jesus Christ as our only and sufficient Savior. From this moment on, we enter a new stage in our lives, a stage in which we begin to live by faith. By believing in what God has said for us, we begin to live with complete certainty and security in what God says and that He will fulfill everything He has promised for us. That moment of healing is instantaneous, but putting it into practice and learning lasts a lifetime, as it is a process of constant maturation and growth.
From the moment we say "yes" to the Lord, a process that never ends begins. That process of sanctification begins, which we learn daily to do as the Lord does. This is similar to what happened to Abraham, who learned to walk by faith day after day, placing his trust in the invisible. For this, we need time, patience, and constant learning.
How do we grow in faith? To do so, we must always keep the Word of God in mind, as it is the nourishment that can give us spiritual growth and increase our faith. Consequently, we obey God, understand His precepts, and acquire the strength to walk in the heavenly paths. This is not a natural human tendency, which is why we often need discipline to subdue our inner selves. We must set aside time to meditate on the Word of God and, at the same time, wait for God to speak to us and guide our steps through His Holy Spirit. Let us read and study the Bible, use this manual that God has left us, and if necessary, write in it everything God is speaking to us at that moment. Most importantly, let us apply what we learn and thus observe the results.
For you have need of patience, so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.

The word of God is essential for faith, meaning it is the only nourishment. It's also important that we be in tune with the Holy Spirit. All of this doesn't happen overnight, much less automatically. This should be a spiritual exercise to strengthen our spiritual muscles, and as we practice it, it becomes more natural. Are you up for it?
Debemos comprender que la salvación, la justificación sucede en un momento, en un instante, pero ponerlo en práctica y comprenderlo nos lleva toda la vida.
Pero Jehová había dicho a Abram: Vete de tu tierra y de tu parentela, y de la casa de tu padre, a la tierra que te mostraré. 2 Y haré de ti una nación grande, y te bendeciré, y engrandeceré tu nombre, y serás bendición. 3 Bendeciré a los que te bendijeren, y a los que te maldijeren maldeciré; y serán benditas en ti todas las familias de la tierra. 4 Y se fue Abram, como Jehová le dijo; y Lot fue con él. Y era Abram de edad de setenta y cinco años cuando salió de Harán. 5 Tomó, pues, Abram a Sarai su mujer, y a Lot hijo de su hermano, y todos sus bienes que habían ganado y las personas que habían adquirido en Harán, y salieron para ir a tierra de Canaán; y a tierra de Canaán llegaron.

Existe un momento en nuestras vidas en el que aceptamos a Jesucristo como único y suficiente Salvador, partir de este momento entramos en una etapa nueva en nuestras vidas, en una etapa en la que comenzamos a vivir por la fe ya que al creer en lo que Dios ha dicho para nosotros comenzamos a vivir con plena certeza y seguridad en lo que Dios dice y que cumplirá todo lo que ha prometido para nosotros. Ese momento de sanación es instantáneo pero ponerlo en práctica y aprender dura toda una vida ya que es un proceso de maduración y crecimiento constante.
Desde el momento que decimos si al señor, inicia un proceso que nunca termina, comienza ese proceso el cual es amamos santificación que aprendemos a diario hacer como el señor. Esto es similar a lo que le sucedió a Abraham que aprendió a caminar por fe día tras día y depositaba su confianza en lo invisible, para esto necesitamos tiempo y paciencia y un constante aprendizaje.
Cómo crecemos en la fe?, Para ello debemos tener presente siempre la palabra de Dios ya que este es el alimento que puede darnos crecimiento espiritual y aumentar nuestra fe, en consecuencia obedecemos a Dios entendemos sus preceptos y adquirimos la fuerza para caminar en los caminos celestiales. Esta no es una tendencia natural del ser humano por eso es que necesitamos disciplina muchas veces doblegar nuestro yo, debemos separar un momento para meditar la palabra de Dios y al mismo momento esperar que Dios nos hable y dirija nuestros pasos a través de su espíritu Santo, leamos la biblia estudiemos, utilicemos este manual que Dios nos ha dejado, si es necesario escribamos en ella todo lo que Dios nos está hablando en ese momento y más importante: apliquemos lo que aprendemos y así observemos los resultados.
porque os es necesaria la paciencia, para que habiendo hecho la voluntad de Dios, obtengáis la promesa.

Para la fe es esencial la palabra de Dios o sea que es el único alimento y también es importante que estemos en sintonía con el espíritu Santo, todo esto no sucede de la noche la mañana ni mucho menos de manera automática. Esto debe ser un ejercicio espiritual para fortalecer nuestros músculos espirituales y a medida que lo practicamos se vuelve más natural ¿te animas?.
