God is almighty and has all the capacity and multiple resources to mold us. He does this primarily through the Word of God. He can also use other believers or even difficulties.
Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 5:23
God separates each believer and transforms us into the very image of the Lord Jesus Christ. We call this process sanctification. Different authors of the Bible use different images to describe this transformation, such as the prophet Isaiah, who compared the Lord to a potter pouring clay in his hands to mold us. God uses various resources to mold that vessel, among which we can first find the Word of God.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
Psalm 119:105
The Bible is key; it is the light that illuminates our daily journey. In it, we find all the spiritual nourishment necessary for growth. And the Holy Spirit is the one who, through His word, convicts us and strengthens us in faith, guiding every thought and word to be molded in mind and heart.
There is also the church, the body of Christ where we are accompanied by other brothers and sisters who run this same race with us. Here, we put into practice everything we learn in the word of God. Here, we live our lives in communion with our fellow believers.
Not giving up meeting together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:25
We cannot ignore difficulties, because difficulties shape us. They are trials in which we are never alone, for God offers us comfort and help. These are the moments when we can draw closer to Him, and every struggle teaches us a new lesson. We put into practice everything Christ has taught us.
From the first day we surrender our hearts to the Lord Jesus Christ, God works in our being, carrying out our ongoing formation. In this way, we glorify Him by allowing Him to mold us through His word and letting Him work in our sanctification.
Dios es todopoderoso tiene toda la capacidad y múltiples recursos para moldearnos, lo hace a través de la palabra de Dios principalmente, también puede usar a otros creyentes o aún las dificultades.
Y el mismo Dios de paz os santifique por completo; y todo vuestro ser, espíritu, alma y cuerpo, sea guardado irreprensible para la venida de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
1 Tesalonicenses 5:23
Dios separa a cada creyente y nos va a transformando en la misma imagen del señor Jesucristo, a este proceso llamamos santificación. Hay diferentes autores de la Biblia que para describir esta transformación utilizaron diferentes imágenes así como por ejemplo el profeta Isaías quien comparó al señor como un alfarero curso barro en las manos para hacer moldeado somos nosotros, y Dios para moldear ese barco utiliza algunos recursos entre los cuales podemos encontrar primeramente la palabra de Dios.
Lámpara es a mis pies tu palabra, Y lumbrera a mi camino.
Salmos 119:105
La Biblia es clave, es la luz que alumbra nuestro caminar diario, en ella encontramos todo el alimento espiritual necesario para crecer, Y el espíritu Santo es quien a través de su palabra nos convence y nos fortalece en la fe y ando cada pensamiento y cada palabra para así ser moldeado en mente y corazón.
También está la iglesia, es el cuerpo de Cristo donde somos acompañado por otros hermanos quien corre con nosotros esta misma carrera, aquí es la puesta en práctica de todo lo que aprendemos en la palabra de Dios, aquí es donde ejercemos la vida en comunión con los hermanos de la fe.
no dejando de congregarnos, como algunos tienen por costumbre, sino exhortándonos; y tanto más, cuanto veis que aquel día se acerca.
Hebreos 10:25
No podemos dejar de lado las dificultades ya que las dificultades nos moldean, son pruebas en las que jamás estamos solos a que Dios nos ofrece consuelo y ayuda. Estos son los momentos en los que podemos acercarnos más a él y cada lucha nos deja una nueva enseñanza Y ponemos en práctica todo lo que Cristo nos ha enseñado.
Desde el día uno en que entregamos nuestro corazón al señor Jesucristo Dios trabaja en nuestro ser haciendo en formación continua, de esta forma lo glorificamos permitiendo que nos molde a través de su palabra y dejando que obre en nuestra santificación.
