queridos amigos emprendedores, en el tortuoso y matemático camino del emprendimiento, nuestro enfoque primario se centra casi siempre en las ganancias. Estrategias, diseños, alianzas, estudios, inversiones y todo tipo de artificios para alcanzar el éxito, traducido en rentabilidad y acumulación de capital.
Es que el emprendedor casi pierde el alma en función de conseguir su propósito. El bichito financiero se le introduce en el cerebro y le va colonizando hasta el corazón, convirtiéndolo en una especie de humano ideal qué, incluso en los gestos de bondad manifiesta, hay casi siempre un interés camuflado para obtener beneficios. Cuando esto sucede, estás cerca de convertirte en un depredador económico, un sujeto frío y calculador, incapaz de sentir empatía por los demás. ¿Es esto nuevo? En ninguna manera; gasta la Biblia advierte que: "raíz de todos los males es el amor al dinero". Entonces ¿está mal que me esfuerce en aprender técnicas para optimizar mi negocio, rentabilizar todas las estrategias con el fin de obtener ganancias? No, si en el proceso pierdes el alma y la visión primaria.
La primera vez que intenté vender algo de forma continua, fracasé en la gestión porque tenía yo, según mis amigos, un corazón muy blando; y para los negocios tienes que ser 90 % insencible y 100% duro. Les cuento:
Mi primo Misael y yo eramos muy jóvenes y estábamos más pobres que ratón de iglesia, entonces comenzamos a hacer dulces caseros: turrones de coco, de maní, budín de maíz, etc. Pusimos mucho interés en aprender a elaborarlos y lo logramos, incluso llegamos a variar y mejorar las recetas tradicionales. El problema llegó a la hora de venderlos, pues no teníamos un local fijo y casi ninguna experiencia en las ventas ambulantes. De todas formas, agarramos las bandejas con nuestros dulces y salimos a vender en las calles.
Los dulces fueron un éxito; no así los resultados de ventas, pues muchos de nuestros clientes eran niños o ancianos y, muy amenudo no tenían el dinero completo para obtener los dulces, a pesar de que los precios eran bastante bajos. Nosotros nunca pudimos dejar que alguien se fuera sin su dulce, aunque lo que nos pagara no cubriera ni la mitad del precio.
Recuerdo a un par de niños que llegaron hasta nosotros con unos pocos centavos y con un hambre evidente. A ellos no les alcanzaba para un dulce y se fueron con dos, regalados. Un señor que estaba cerca nos dijo " ustedes no van a llegar a negociantes, pero les ca a ir bien de todas formas porque "bendecir, bendice". En aquel momento no lo entendí, pero esa frase se incorporó a mi filosofía de vida y desde entonces escojo la bendición antes que las ganancias y ¿saben qué? Es tremendo negocio. Así lo aplico. Dedico parte de las ganancias a la caridad. Apoyo en la medida de mis posibilidades, a los amigos en sus necesidades de emprendimiento. Escojo los negocios locales para adquirir mis materias, de esta forma apoyo a los emprendedores locales e impulso la recirculación de capital en el área. Estoy abierto a la alianza con pequeños emprendedores, pues de esta manera nos ayudamos a sobrevivir y crecer con nuestros emprendimientos. No estás solo ni aislado, tu éxito está ligado al de los demás y viceversa. Recuerda que: bendecir, bendice
