Hola amigos feliz noche a todos espero estén super bien , les cuento que tenÃa bastante tiempo que no iba a la carnicerÃa ya que la tÃa de mi novio vende pollos y pues le encargamos a ella la comida de la semana pues yo no como mucha carne y mi novio también asà que casi que diario nuestro almuerzo se basa en pollo , ayer cuando me fui a trabajar se me olvidó dejar descongelando el pollo 😅 tÃpico problema de adulto funcionales , me acordé estando en el trabajo y pues yo llego del trabajo a cocinar la comida del dÃa siguiente Pero como se me olvidó bajar el pollo no tenÃa otra opción que pasar por la carnicerÃa a comprar algo y asà de una vez le llevaba algunas viceras para mis mascotas ( ellos aman las patas de pollo , el hÃgado de pollo ,mollejas )
Hi friends, good evening everyone, I hope you're all doing great. I wanted to tell you that it had been quite a while since I'd been to the butcher shop. My boyfriend's aunt sells chicken, and we order our meals from her for the week because I don't eat much meat, and neither does my boyfriend, so our lunch is almost always chicken. Yesterday, when I left for work, I forgot to defrost the chicken 😅 Typical problem for functional adults! I remembered while I was at work, and I got home from work and started cooking the next day's meal. But since I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer, I had no other option but to stop by the butcher shop to buy some offal, and while I was at it, I picked up some offal for my pets (they love chicken feet, liver, and gizzards).
Aunque no suelo ir a la carnicerÃa por carne ( pues casi nunca comemos ya que no nos gusta ) a esta en particular suelo ir bastante a comprar las viceras para mis mascotas y comprar jamón y queso , tenÃa tanto tiempo sin comprar nada de carne que al ver qué el kilo está en casi 14$ me sorprendà demasiado 😱 en eso pedà que me pasaran 3 bistec Pero eran 6$ solo eso y me pareció una total exageración tomando en cuenta pues que la verdad no nos gusta la carne era solo para resolver el almuerzo.
Although I don't usually go to the butcher shop for meat (since we almost never eat it because we don't like it), I often go to this particular one to buy offal for my pets and to buy ham and cheese. It had been so long since I'd bought any meat that when I saw that the price per kilo was almost $14, I was very surprised 😱. So I asked them to give me 3 steaks, but they were only $6, and that seemed like a total exaggeration considering that we don't really like meat; it was just to solve the problem of lunch.
Lo que si và es que tenÃa mucha variedad habÃa lengua de res , patas de cochino , costillas de res y de cerdo , gallina , corazón , hÃgado , diferente tipos de chorizo , en lo que pensaba que llevar para el almuerzo comencé a pedir la comida de mis mascotas, les lleve unos carapachos de pollo que les hago unas sopas con el y ellos la aman, también les lleve hÃgado de pollo ( es su favorito ) y aproveche y pedà un poco de jamón de pollo para la cena .
What I did see was that they had a lot of variety: beef tongue, pig's feet, beef and pork ribs, chicken, heart, liver, different types of chorizo. While I was thinking about what to take for lunch, I started ordering food for my pets. I brought them some chicken carcasses, which I use to make soups, and they love them. I also brought them chicken liver (it's their favorite), and I took the opportunity to order some chicken ham for dinner.
Al final me di cuenta que las chuletas frescas de cochino estaban económicas en 7$ el kilo , pero estaban bastante pequeñas, pedà 5 y esas fueron solo 3$ asà que me pareció genial y el cerdo es algo que si nos gusta bastante , al pagar entre el jamón , las chuletas de cerdo, el carapacho y el hÃgado gaste un total de 9$ un pollo me suele costar unos 12$ por eso siempre prefiero comprar pollo no solo por la economÃa si no porque es lo que más nos gusta , también suelo comer mucho pescado los fines de semana pero eso ya lo encargo con mi suegro, después de todo logré resolver el almuerzo.
