Hola amigos buenas noches a todos espero estén super bien , les quiero compartir un poco como estuvo mi cumpleaños 31 , antes de comenzar le quiero agradecer a mi mejor amiga, mi curita al corazón por hacer este día tan especial @denissemata , la verdad yo no tenía nada planeado para hoy pues como es lunes pensé que me iba a tocar trabajar pero no fue así , entonces ella me había dicho que me invitaba a almorzar así que me arregle un poco y me fuí, nos íbamos a encontrar en el centro llegamos justo casi al mismo tiempo ambas cosas que casi no sucede pues vivimos un poco lejos , íbamos a esperar a otra amiga para que fuera con nosotras pero ella nos espero en el restaurante.
Hello friends, good evening everyone, I hope you are all doing super well, I want to share a little bit about how my 31st birthday was, before I start I want to thank my best friend, my little cure to the heart for making this day so special @denissemata, the truth is I didn't have anything planned for today because since it's Monday I thought I was going to have to work but it wasn't like that, then she had told me that she was inviting me to lunch so I got dressed a bit and went, we were going to meet in the center we arrived almost at the same time both things which almost don't happen because we live a bit far away, we were going to wait for another friend to go with us but she waited for us at the restaurant.
Lo que yo no sabía era que mi amiga me tenía una hermosa sorpresa, era un ramo de rosas rosadas ( mis favoritas) que tenía una hermosa nota dónde decía que gracias por estar en estos días tan difíciles en ese momento se me arrugó mi corazón de verdad no me esperaba tan hermosa sorpresa que me llenará el alma , la mamá de mi amiga a pasado días muy difíciles y yo la he acompañado en cada paso y siempre estaré para ellas y lo único que pedí de deseo de cumpleaños es que ella estuviera bien , por ahí dice que Dios es bueno justo en medio de nuestro almuerzo llegaron los resultados de su hematología del día y están estables nos queda un largo camino Pero Dios escucho mi deseo y eso me llena el alma .
What I didn't know was that my friend had a beautiful surprise for me, it was a bouquet of pink roses (my favorites) that had a beautiful note saying thank you for being there for me during these difficult days. At that moment, my heart sank. I truly didn't expect such a beautiful surprise that would fill my soul. My friend's mom has been through some very difficult days and I have been with her every step of the way and I will always be there for her. All I asked for as a birthday wish was that she was okay. It says that God is good. Right in the middle of our lunch, the results of her hematology test came in and they are stable. We still have a long way to go. But God heard my wish and that fills my soul.
Pedimos un rico arroz salteado con pollo y unas lumpias pero no habían de vegetales y como una excepción nos ofrecieron unas lumpias de cazón , mi amiga no estaba muy convencida Pero yo le dije que las trajeran para probarlas y para nuestra sorpresa estaban bastante ricas la verdad yo soy fan del pescado así que sabía que me iba a gustar muchísimo.
We ordered a delicious rice stir-fry with chicken and some lumpias but they didn't have any vegetables and as an exception they offered us some dogfish lumpias, my friend wasn't very convinced but I told her to bring them so we could try them and to our surprise they were quite delicious. The truth is I'm a fan of fish so I knew I was going to like it a lot.
Una vez terminamos de comer nos fuimos por el postre , fuimos a mikonos que es un lindo lugar que vende helados de yogurt griego súper saludable y deliciosos , las niñas pidieron su toppin de mora fresa y yo pedí uno de pie de limón que me habían recomendado y quedé encantada, estuvimos hablando muchísimo y le hizo muy feliz que mi amiga ya se sentía un poco más relajada ya que los exámenes de su mamá estaban bastante estables gracias a Dios .
Once we finished eating we went for dessert, we went to Mikonos which is a nice place that sells super healthy and delicious Greek yogurt ice cream, the girls ordered their blackberry strawberry topping and I ordered a lemon pie that had been recommended to me and I was delighted, we talked a lot and it made her very happy that my friend was already feeling a little more relaxed since her mom's tests were quite stable thank God.
En el pasado nunca me gustó celebrar mi cumpleaños pues para mí no era muy relevante, hace 3 años tuve un episodio depresivo y termine en terapia muchos meses para ayudarme me diagnósticaron con transtorno de ansiedad y depresión sumado a un transtorno alimenticio, a partir de todo decidí que estar otro año viva y que salí de ese agujero es un gran motivo para celebrar, ya veo mi cumpleaños con otros ojos estoy rodeada de amor y personas que siempre me quieren ver feliz y exitosa , le doy gracias a Dios por eso y aquí estamos bienvenidos los 31 ✨
In the past I never liked to celebrate my birthday because for me it was not very relevant, 3 years ago I had a depressive episode and ended up in therapy for many months to help me, I was diagnosed with an anxiety and depression disorder added to an eating disorder, from everything I decided that being alive for another year and that I got out of that hole is a great reason to celebrate, now I see my birthday with different eyes, I am surrounded by love and people who always want to see me happy and successful, I thank God for that and here we are, welcome on the 31st ✨
