Hola amigos feliz noche a todos espero estén super bien , una vez a la semana me gusta hacerme una limpieza más profunda de la que hago diariamente en mi rostro por lo general me gusta utilizar un exfoliante actualmente estoy utilizando el de coco y nuez de la marca de farmatodo es bastante bueno y económico y luego lavo mi rostro con un jabón para pieles grasas ya que mi piel es bastante grasa estoy utilizando el de la marca BIOS para pieles grasas es una barra y me a ido bastante bien este lo uso diariamente en mi rutina , y luego suelo aplicarme una mascarilla me gustan mucho las de ácido hialurónico Pero está vez conseguí una de vitamina c y nicotinamida y me pareció bastante interesante así que decidí comprarla. En la parte de atrás nos dice la manera correcta de utilizarla recuerden que cada mascarilla tiene en sus indicaciones el tiempo correcto que debemos dejar aplicada y si debemos enjuagar o no el producto.

Para empezar mi rutina utilice mi exfoliante suavemente y luego lave bien mi cara con el jabón , procedí a secar bien con una toalla limpia con movimientos suaves , luego con mis manos limpias saco la mascarilla de su empaque y me aseguro bien de sus indicaciones, decía que la dejara actuar por 20 Min y luego con mis dedos masajeara y retirara con abundante agua .
