Ingredients

๐Ÿฅ“ 120g diced short-cut bacon (or turkey/beef bacon)

๐Ÿฅš 150g egg whites
๐Ÿง‚ Salt and pepper for seasoning
๐ŸŒพ 400g plain flour
๐Ÿฅ„ 2 teaspoons baking powder
๐Ÿฅ› 420g low-fat yogurt
๐Ÿง„ Onion powder (to taste)
๐Ÿง„ Garlic powder (to taste)
๐Ÿง€ 20g low-fat cheese
๐ŸŒฟ Chives (for garnish)


Instructions

1- Cook Bacon:
- Cook the diced bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. - Remove from the pan and set aside.

2- Prepare Eggs:
- In the same pan, cook the eggs and egg whites on low to medium heat. - Gently stir every minute until the eggs are cooked and fluffy. - Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

3- Mix Dough Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the plain flour, baking powder, yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. - Mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.

4- Knead Dough:

6- Flatten Dough Balls:
