๐ 800g chicken breast, cubed ๐ง 2 tsp garlic powder ๐ง 1 tsp onion powder ๐ถ๏ธ 3 tsp paprika ๐ถ๏ธ 1 tsp chili powder ๐ฟ 2 tsp cumin ๐ง 3 tsp salt โซ 2 tsp black pepper ๐ซ 1 tbsp olive oil ๐ฆ 120g 0% Greek yoghurt ๐ฅ 80g light mayonnaise ๐ Juice of 1/2 lemon ๐ฏ 1 tsp honey ๐ง 15g light butter ๐ 250g washed rice ๐ 1/2 tsp turmeric ๐ฅฃ 350ml chicken stock ๐ Pomegranate seeds ๐ฟ Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with olive oil, ensuring an even coat.
