Showing How to Stake COLONY Tokens and Playing Slots at Stakehouse Den

In this post, I'll stake COLONY tokens to retest the Slots winnings in Stakehouse Den.

In my previous post Playing Slots for the First Time at StakeHouse Den, I explained a bit about my journey in Stakehouse Den so far and also made my first bet on the game slots. Unfortunately, my winnings were low because I had zero COLONY tokens in my stake.

If you're unfamiliar with Stakehouse Den, I'll leave some links in this post that may be useful for you to learn about the game and the Arcade Colony platform.

Now, I'll give a brief summary of Arcade Colony.

Arcade Colony

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Gamestore, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 games.

As I mentioned before, the focus of this post will be on staking COLONY tokens and retesting the slot winnings in Stakehouse Den, so we'll see what results I get.

I decided to go to Tribaldex to buy COLONY tokens, and the amount I decided to buy was 5,000 COLONY tokens to stake.

5,000 COLONY tokens cost me 3.87 Swap.Hive, and after purchasing them, I went to Arcade Colony to stake.

I had to buy 25 more COLONY tokens because Tribaldex has a 0.50% fee.

Staking tokens is very simple, you just need to transfer them from Hive Engine to your Arcade Colony account, then go to the Stake function and select the amount of COLONY tokens you want to stake.

Now I have 5,000 COLONY tokens staked and can finally test the Slots in Stakehouse Den again to see my new winnings.

In my previous post about Stakehouse Den, I explained how the Slots work in the game, so I'll go straight to them and test the new winnings.

This is the Slots in Stakehouse Den, and to play, I just need to choose the amount of Hot Sauce I want to bet and confirm the bet.

As I mentioned before, in my previous post, I had 0 staked COLONY tokens, and now I have 5,000 staked Colony tokens.

To start, I bet 10 Hot Sauces 5x and unfortunately, I only won 2x. My profit was just 0.153 COLONY tokens.

This is a very small amount of COLONY tokens, but I noticed an increase in COLONY token earnings, and the amount I invested was only 3.87 Swap.Hive in COLONY tokens. So, if I stake 500,000 or more tokens, I believe my profits will increase significantly, and I will soon increase my staked COLONY tokens even further because they will also be useful in Moon Karts and other COLONY Arcade games.

An important detail is that my COLONY Stake Factor was 1 when I had 0 COLONY tokens in Stake and it rose to 1.2 with 5000 COLONY tokens in stake.
