Hoy comparto otra receta preferida de mi padre se trata de una ensalada🥗 fresca con un estilo mediteraneo, asi le llamo ya que uno de sus ingredientes es las aceitunas verdes y le da ese toque magico en sabor que es fascinante para todos 😊..!! Este tipo de ensalada es muy fresca y sabrosa, ademas es muy facil de preparar, ademas es perfecta para acompañar todo tipo de cortes de carne y pescado. He utilizados los siguientes ingredientes: « Cebolla morada. « Tomate. « Pimenton. « Berengena. « Aceitunas verdes al gusto. « Aceite de olivo al gusto. « Sal al gusto.

Procedimiento muy facil de elaborar: 1.-Lavamos las berengenas las cortamos en forma circular le colocamos un toque de sal y las llevamos a asar en un sarten engrasado con aceite a fuego medio 😉.

3.-Por ultimo incorporamos la cebolla, pimenton, tomate,aceituna y la berengena previamente cortados, la sal y el aceite de oliva en una ensaladera lo mezclamos y listo 😉.
