Hoy comparto una deliciosa receta que fue el almuerzo de mi hogar, les hablo de unos trozitos de carne con verduras que los repose en una cama de berengena, esta receta es un poco larga, pero les puedo asegurar de corazon 😍que su resultado es sorprendente, como dice mi padre, te tardas cocinando, pero siempre nos sorprendes 😚, son palaras que me alimentan mucho el alma. Amigos espero que este post sea muy agradable para todos 😋 ...!!!

3.-Lavar las berengenas😌, cortalas en circulos, llevarlas a asar en un sarten previamente caliente a fuego medio. Un a ve asadas las dejamos reposar en un plato como se mestra acontinuacion:

4.-Una vez blanda la carne, la agregamos a las verduras sofritas, le colocamos sal y oregano al gusto, dejamos cocinar por unos cinco minutos y la colocamos en la cama de berengenas 😚.

Finalmente un exquisito resultado, unos trozitos de carne de res en una cama de berengena 😍 perfectos para el almuerzo. Amigos que tal mi receta.!!! Divina, se los aseguro al 100% que su sabor es espectacular, en esta ocasion la degustamos con arroz y tajadas. y lo mejor es que mi padre quedo super fascinado. Mis amores me despido hasta la proxima se les quiere un monton 🤗🤗..!!
