Lunes por la mañana, amanezco sola con mis nietas en su casa, pues sus padres se tomaron libre el fin de semana para celebrar un nuevo aniversario de bodas.
También este lunes tiene la particularidad de que es la última semana de vacaciones escolares de las niñas, por lo que me he propuesto hacer con ellas algunas actividades especiales y la primera que han escogido es ir en bicicletas a un albergue de perros.

La mañana amaneció fresca y con un cielo de un azul tan hermoso que bien valía aprovecharlo, además que ya me he familiarizado con el sendero, que así como tiene sus escampados también tiene agradables sombras y otro gran punto a su favor es que siendo un camino rural son muy pocos los vehículos que pasan, lo que es una verdadera tranquilidad.

El paseo, resultó no ser muy largo, según la aplicación que me descargó mi hija para medir mis caminatas fueron 3,68 kilómetros ida y vuelta, normalmente hago 5 km en 45 minutos, pero ir caminando detrás de dos niñas en bicicletas, tratando de seguirles el ritmo, no perderlas de vista, sencillamente tanto placentero como agotador. Jajajaja.

Continuando con nuestro paseo llegamos a la perrera, que resultó que además de ser un refugio para perros que no han encontrado dueño también es un “hotel” de mascotas que sus dueños, por vacaciones u otras razones lo ubican allí para sus cuidados.

El lugar estaba cerrado al público por ser lunes pero las niñas me contaron que se puede entrar y darle de comer a los animales porque también tienen cerdos y cabras.

En fin, fue un bonito paseo que las tres disfrutamos y aprendimos algunas cositas. Las salidas al aire libre siempre son gratificantes pero cuando vas con niños y te dejas llevar, podemos vivir grandes momentos, pues sus miradas curiosas e ingenuas te llevan a detenerte en detalles que de otra manera posiblemente pases por alto.
