Paseando en estos días por el centro de la ciudad, buscando precios de las cosas para abaratar nuestra economía familiar, desemboco en una calle y de repente escucho una explosión gigantesca, de verdad, les cuento que sin pensar, fue algo totalmente innato en mí, que cuando me volví a la conciencia, después del susto, me encontré metida en una tienda, de estas de los vendedores ambulantes, a los que llamamos buhoneros, me encontré al final de la tienda, abrazada a una señora, que no conocía, ni había visto en mi vida, pues las dos en un abrazo súper apretado y con los ojos cerrados, cuando abro los ojos y ella también los abre, nos decimos casi al mismo tiempo: ¡Mana, Qué susto!" ... nos apartamos la una de la otra y quedamos comentando el suceso, con la pregunta de rigor ¿qué pasaría? y nos asomamos para observar el panorama y es cuando vemos, que uno de los transformadores, de uno de los postes de la avenida, había explotado, y fue tan fuerte la explosión que voló uno de los seguros que sujeta las líneas de alta tensión, y éste voló y cayó en el medio de la calle, en el momento que venía un carro, que gracias a Dios, frenó y la pieza de metal cayó delante, se salvó de chiripas, de que le explotara el parabrisa del carro, fue por pura casualidad que en esos momentos, cerca había una Cuadrilla de corpoelec, que es la institución del gobierno encargada de la energía eléctrica y uno de los trabajadores vino hasta donde estaba el seguro, en el medio de la calle, lo levantó con una herramienta, porque el objeto estaba muy caliente y lo quitó de en medio, le tomó unas fotos y mandó la imagen para la compañía y después le tomó foto a los transformadores, que en ese momento estaban emitiendo un humo en el poste. Todas las personas estaban aterradas, porque la explosión fue muy grande y en todo el centro de la ciudad se fue la luz, se quedaron todos sin energía eléctrica, así que comenzaron a sacar las plantas eléctricas, que tienen en sus negocios, bueno quienes las tenían... los demás a oscuras; total se creó un caos en toda la avenida, pues sin luz y además el tráfico también fue obstaculizado, porque no se sabía si volvía a explotar, hasta que cortar totalmente la energía eléctrica. Este es un problema que nos está quejando a todos, porque no planificaron que la ciudad iba a crecer, y que el consumo eléctrico iba a aumentar y no hay suficiente capacidad para cubrir las necesidades de toda la población, es un problema grave; en mi casa todos los días se va la luz, dos, tres, cuatro y hasta cinco horas, es lamentable que no se tomen correctivos al respecto, el mantenimiento es deficiente, además la mayoría de las veces la compañía no tiene las redacciones para solventar los problemas y no hay quien tome las riendas de mejorar el servicio eléctrico.
