A DAY TO REMEMBER WITH THE BEST PEOPLE: Sinulog sa Carmen 2025

Hello again there, hivers. It's me again. You're not just a blogger but also a singer, dancer, and an academic achiever, Danica Ave Nieves. So today I just want to share my weekend happenings.  So on January 26, 2025, we attended a baptism of the baby of one of our old friends with my girlfriend.  So our friend choose us as one of a godparents for her baby boy and we are so happy because it’s my first time for being a godparent.  Fast forward, we arrived at the church, and we are so excited to see the baby, and afterwards we are all done with the prayer for the baby, and we are going to have a picture together with the godparents of the baby, so here are some of the pictures of our little baby, Jayden, together with her godparents.      When we are done at the church, we are going to the venue where the event was going to be celebrated, and afterwards, we are done eating, and we ask a permission of our friend if it is okay if we go home because we need to go to the Carmen because it is Sinulog there.    Fast forward, we travel already to the carmen, and then with my girlfriend, we are with our old couple friend, Ate Aiza and Jhea. So we reached our destination, but first we need to light a candle and pray before we have fun; we need first guidance from the man above.   When we are done in the chuch we’re going to the place where the grandstand and where the they perform the ritual showdown and some other performances.   After that, we went to the food park to find some food to eat and to relax for a bit. So I decided to take a photo together with my friends for remembering, and they had a drink for charging their selves.     When we were done eating and they were also done drinking alcohol, we went again to the grandstand to witness the performance of the Sinulog representatives, and there were so many people there celebrating the Sinulog sa Carmen 2025. After a long walk, we already find a place to take some photos individually and a group photo.      After an hour, and it's going to be dark, and the people are getting many in the whole grandstands; they like ants walking, then were finding a spot where we can relax, but there are a lot of people everywhere. And this is us walking for how many hours in the carmen.    So fast forward again; it's getting darker now, and then we went to the grandstand, going to the food park because we were all so hungry walking around the Carmen; still, there were so many people everywhere watching the performances on the stage.   We already found a food to eat, and we are all done eating. We had to take a break, and then we are all sitting in front of the municipal building of Carmen, and then we also had a picture taken again because my other friends joined us walking around the Carmen and having fun together.     So when we are all tired, we all decide to find a spot where we can relax together, and we finally find a perfect spot to sit. We are all just sitting in the grass behind the big screen in the plaza, and we are all going to have a drink together and have a lot of fun, and then we have a good day and a so memorable day with much fun and a lot of laughs together.   I really had a great day with my friends and also have a lot of fun and laughter with them and it was the best day day together with them.
