[ESP/ENG] Una patita de Amor para Nieve / A Paw of Love for Nieve

¡Hola amigos de Hive! el día de hoy les traigo un post diferente, no es un cover ni algo que hice sino un post para contarles de una situación por la que estoy atravesando actualmente con mi mascota Nieve. A los que me siguen en #Twitter sabrán de lo que hablo, a mi mascota hasta hace unos meses presentó unos tumores mamarios y posibles quistes ováricos que requieren de operación y por falta de dinero nunca la pude mandar a operar. Pasó el tiempo y resulta que dicho tumor creció exageradamente y me tocó moverme en muchos ámbitos para tratar de curar y para ello es éste post. >Hello friends of Hive! Those who follow me on #Twitter will know what I'm talking about, until a few months ago my pet had breast tumors and possible ovarian cysts that require surgery and due to lack of money I was never able to send her for surgery. > >Time passed and it turns out that said tumor grew exaggeratedly and I had to move in many areas to try to cure it and that is what this post is for.   Bueno en primera instancia para los que no conocían a ésta belleza se las presento se llama Nieve, es una perrita mestiza de color blanco de 9 años (casi 10) que es muy traviesa, cariñosa y sobre todo hermosa jejeje. En realidad ésta perrita es de mi hermano pero él la descuidó mucho y a efectos legales ahora es de mi propiedad por decirlo así jejeje (aunque yo soy el tío). > Well, in the first instance, for those who did not know this beauty, I present it to you. Actually this dog belongs to my brother but he neglected her a lot and for legal purposes now she is my property so to speak hehehe (although I am the uncle).   Nieve llegó a nuestra casa hace varios años, era solo una cachorrita con alderedor de 3 meses y bueno ésta es la única foto que tengo, obviamente en ese tiempo los teléfonos no tenían una cámara tan potente, hablamos del año 2013 más o menos. Una compañera de trabajo de mi mamá le gustan mucho los perros y tenía a nieve en adopción y bueno se la regaló a mi hermano. Con el tiempo ella fue creciendo y haciéndose más grande y linda. >Nieve came to our house several years ago, she was just a puppy around 3 months old and well this is the only photo I have, obviously at that time the phones did not have such a powerful camera, we are talking about the year 2013 more or less. Nieve siempre nos acompañaba en las caminatas que se hacían en mi colegio (liceo) y bueno a veces nos llevábamos a una prima que es la de la foto y bueno por allá estoy de fondo andaba bien gordito jejeje, dicha foto fue cuando yo estaba en 2do o 3er año de bachillerato más o menos y nieve tenía ya 1 año e incluso un poco más. >Snow always accompanied us on the walks that were done in my school (high school) and well sometimes we would take a cousin who is the one in the photo and well I am in the background there I was doing well chubby hehehe, that photo was when I was in 2nd or 3rd year of high school more or less and snow was already 1 year old and even a little more. Una vez mi mamá me estaba pregunta si nieve estaba embarazada por que le sentía eso ahí internamente pero yo le digo que no había posibilidad por que mi papá siempre la cuidaba cuando la sacaba de la casa a pasear, con el paso del tiempo nos dimos cuenta que no era algo normal y nos preocupamos... >Once my mom was asking me if snow was pregnant because I felt that inside her, but I told her that there was no possibility because my dad always took care of her when he took her out of the house for a walk, with the passage of time we realized that it was not normal and we worried...   Despues de eso unos meses después cuando el tumor estaba creciendo muy pero muy grande mi mamá y mi hermano llevaron a nieve a lo que se conoce aquí en Venezuela como "Misión Nevado" junto con otra perrita de una vecina para ver que nos decían y bueno el pronóstico era el mismo, mi perrita tenía varios tumores mamarios y que había que operarla pero la misión no era nada gratuito y es ahí donde nos damos cuenta de que TODO se tiene que pagar y que ni el gobierno le resuelve a nadie. >A few months ago when the tumor was growing very, very large, my mother and brother took snow to what is known here in Venezuela as "Mission Nevado" together with another dog from a neighbor to see what they told us and the prognosis was good. El día de hoy 30 de julio fui a llevarla a un médico veterinario que trabaja en conjunto con una fundación llamada Fundación ABAD, mi papá me ayudó a llevarla en el auto y bueno estaba bastante inquieta jejeje pero logré mantenerla al margen. >Today, July 30, I went to take her to a veterinarian who works in conjunction with a foundation called Fundación ABAD, my dad helped me take her in the car and well, she was quite restless lol but I managed to keep her out of it.   El centro clínico se llama "Clínica Don Luis" es un sitio muy bonito, atienden bien a los animales y son muy amables en cuánto el trato, estuvimos esperando un rato mientras nos tomaban los datos y esperábamos nuestro turno, mientras yo me ponía a tomarle fotos a nieve con mi mamá, ella andaba inquieta y algo desorientada por que el lugar es nuevo para ella. > The clinical center is called "Clínica Don Luis" it is a very nice place, they take good care of the animals and are very kind in how much they treat us, we waited for a while while they took the data and we waited for our turn, while I began to take snow photos with my mom, she was restless and somewhat disoriented because the place is new to her.   Después de que tomaran algunos datos y de pesar a nieve seguimos con la sesión de fotos pero nieve no se quedaba tranquila, ésta es la foto más decente que tengo donde mi mamá la estaba sujetando. De fondo se ve el cartel de la fundación ABAD la cual lastimosamente no nos pudo ayudar por la situación país con los recursos escasos y sumamente caros. >After they took some data and from weighing snow we continued with the photo session but snow was not calm, this is the most decent photo I have where my mom was holding her.  Bueno y por fin pasamos, tuvimos que sujetar a nieve por que como siempre no se quedaba quieta, la doctora procedió a hacer un examen físico en todo el cuerpo, escuchar el corazón y obviamente le comentamos sobre el tumor que tenía que la verdad que tenía dos úlceras. Nos dijo que no era una emergencia sino una urgencia y que requería de operación lo más rápido posible, nieve estaba descuidada y nos dijo lo que tenía, incluso que la temperatura estaba algo alta y quizá era por que estaba en proceso de infección por la úlcera del tumor, obviamente la temperatura se toma por el recto. Le procedió a inyectar algo para la fiebre y le recetó un protector gástrico, antibiótico y un jarabe. La atención fue súper buena y muy sincera. >Well, we finally got through, we had to hold on to snow because, as always, she wouldn't stay still, the doctor proceeded to do a physical exam of her entire body, listen to her heart, and obviously we told her about the tumor that she had, the truth that she had. two ulcers. He told us that it was not an emergency but an urgency and that he required an operation as quickly as possible, snow was neglected and he told us what he had, even that the temperature was somewhat high and perhaps it was because he was in the process of infection by the ulcer of the tumor, obviously the temperature is taken through the rectum. > >He proceeded to inject something for the fever and prescribed a gastric protector, antibiotic and syrup. The attention was super good and very sincere.

 La consulta tuvo un costo de $12 y el tratamiento simple fue de $1 el cual fue una inyección para la fiebre que tenía ya que la temperatura estaba por encima de 40 grados. > The consultation cost $12 and the simple treatment was $1 which was an injection for the fever that he had since the temperature was above 40 degrees.   A Nieve le recetaron Omeprazol como protector gástrico, ciprofloxacina como antibiótico y Metadol para el dolor en el área del tumor, dicho jarábe cuesta alrededor de $10 ya que es productor exclusivamente veterinario. Y por último y más importante todo el presupuesto de lo que sería la extracción del tumor de grado 3, el OVH (Histerectomía), Hematología, Perfil Pre-anestesico y la Venoclisis que es la vía que se le toma al paciente para suministrar soluciones y anestesia. > And lastly and most importantly, the whole budget of what would be the extraction of the grade 3 tumor, the OVH (Hysterectomy), Hematology, Pre-anesthetic Profile and Venoclysis, which is the route that the patient takes to supply solutions and anesthesia.   Y bueno ya eso sería todo por éste post, de verdad que cualquier donativo estaría súper bien para poder salvar a nieve de éste padecimiento, no me tomé fotos con nieve por que de verdad no me siento con mucho ánimo pero espero todo salga bien. Por último no subí fotos de como está el tumor actualmente por que es algo muy fuerte y son imágenes un tanto fuertes.
