La vida en su misma da muchas vueltas, nos vemos rodeados de cambios tan diversos e inesperados que no tenemos tiempo de hacer frente a algunas situaciones. Hoy vengo a escribir un poco por acá, más allá de ser simples texto es la vivencia diaria de un migrante en tierra extranjera como en mi caso el ser venezolano en España. Han sido procesos fuertes pero paso a paso nos hemos ido acoplando a todo. > Life itself takes many twists and turns. We're surrounded by so many unexpected changes that we don't have time to cope with some situations. Today I'm here to write a little bit. Beyond a simple text, it's the daily experience of a migrant in a foreign land, like, in my case, being a Venezuelan in Spain. It's been a tough process, but step by step, we've adapted to everything.   Bueno algo que les quiero contar que me ocurrió recientemente es que en el trabajo me habían despedido por "no cumplir con la fase de prueba" que fue algo inesperado puesto que son 45 días de prueba, en fin, firmé el comunicado y luego unos días después fui a buscar el finiquito de los pocos días que trabajé. Luego de hablar con él encargado me ha dicho que no fue que hiciera algo malo sino que había mucho personal en cocina entonces un chico se había incorporado recientemente y no habían muchas ventas entonces me dijo para asignarme a otra sede en el pueblo de al lado y como no tenía algo más que hacer tuve que aceptar. > Well, something I want to tell you about that happened to me recently is that I was fired at work for "not completing the probationary period," which was unexpected since they're on a 45-day probationary period. Anyway, I signed the release and a few days later I went to get my severance pay for the few days I worked. After speaking with the manager, he told me that it wasn't that I had done anything wrong, but that there was a lot of staff in the kitchen, so a guy had recently joined and there weren't many sales, so he told me to assign me to another location in the next town, and since I didn't have anything else to do, I had to accept.   Estos días han sido muy fuertes para mí a nivel físico y mental, tener que decidir entre dos cosas y no saber si te irá bien o mal además del miedo a equivocarte también se considera que no hay que perder tiempo porque los días pasan y hay mucha necesidad de dinero, de pagar cuentas, de ir a citas de extranjería, citas médicas, etc. > These days have been very tough for me on a physical and mental level, having to decide between two things and not knowing if it will go well or badly, in addition to the fear of making a mistake, it is also considered that there is no need to waste time because the days go by and there is a lot of need for money, to pay bills, to go to immigration appointments, medical appointments, etc.   En fin, el lugar se encuentra en el pueblo de al lado llamado Leganés en el barrio de Leganés Norte, en mi opinión está mal comunicado ya que solamente se puede ir en autobús interurbanos que de verdad no son fieles al horario programado y dicho parque comercial está lejos de la estación de tren llamada Zarzaquemada. >Anyway, the place is located in the neighboring town called Leganés in the Leganés Norte neighborhood. In my opinion, it is poorly connected since you can only get there by intercity buses, which really don't run faithfully to the scheduled timetable, and the shopping center is far from the Zarzaquemada train station.   Actualmente tengo el contrato de 20 horas de trabajo repartidas en la semana, trato de ocupar el tiempo que me sobra en otras cosas como hacer post aquí en Hive, visitar a algunos amigos para enseñar sobre Hive y así. El día de mañana 13 de agosto tenemos la cita de extranjería ya que nuestros documentos (digo nuestros por mi esposa) se vencen el 26 y antes de su fecha de caducidad quiero hacer dicha renovación para luego conseguirme un trabajo mejor ya que en lo personal no pertenezco al sector de hostelería, puede que mucha gente si le guste y lo haga pero prefiero irme por otra cosa. > I currently have a 20-hour work contract spread out over the week. I try to fill my free time with other things like posting here on Hive, visiting some friends to teach about Hive, and so on. Tomorrow, August 13th, we have our immigration appointment, as our documents (I say ours because of my wife) expire on the 26th. I want to renew them before they expire and then get a better job, since I'm not personally in the hospitality industry. Many people might like it and do it, but I'd rather go for something else.   Espero poder sobrevivir en lo que queda de este mes para conseguir otro empleo mejor forzado y con mejor remuneración. Quiero y deseo con todo mi corazón que pronto pueda volver al mundo de la música donde todo es bonito, dónde casa nota y melodía es medicina para el alma.
