Bordando La Noche Estrellada en una franela [Esp/Eng]

 Hola a todos. Yo muy contenta de compartir mi primer post en esta comunidad @needleworkmonday. Les quiero compartir este bordado que hice hace un año a una franela que le regalé a mi novio. Está inspirado en la obra "La Noche Estrellada" de Van Gogh, ya que me parece muy bonita y quería regalarle algo hecho por mi. > Hello everyone! I'm very happy to share my first post in this lovely @needleworkmonday community. I want to show you an embroidery I made a year ago on a t-shirt I gifted to my boyfriend. It's inspired by Van Gogh's "Starry Night", I find it so beautiful and wanted to give him something handmade by me.   Tardé aproximadamente 3 días bordándolo y mientras lo hacía fui tomando fotos del paso a paso y del resultado, quedó hermoso y le gustó mucho. Bordar cosas me encanta, pienso que le da un toque original y único a las prendas. Espero que les guste. 📷🪡🧵 > It took me about three days to complete the embroidery, and while working on it, I took photos of each step and the final result. It turned out beautiful and he really liked it. I love embroidering, it adds such a unique and personal touch to clothing. I hope you enjoy it too. 📷🪡🧵   Los materiales que utilicé fueron hilos de diferentes grosores que ya tenía en casa, una aguja gruesa, tijera, encendedor para quemar las puntas de los hilos cuando los cortara, el bastidor, además lápiz y papel para la idea de cómo quería el bordado. > The materials I used were threads of different thicknesses I already had at home, a thick needle, scissors, a lighter to seal the thread ends after cutting, an embroidery hoop, plus pencil and paper to sketch the design I had in mind. ---   Paso 1✏️ Primero, en una hoja realicé el boceto de cómo sería el bordado que iba a hacer. Traté de marcar las líneas justamente donde iba a pasar los hilos, de manera de con esta guía yo supiera exactamente qué iba a llevar a cabo y no estar después adivinando donde bordar. Esto me ayudó mucho. > Step 1✏️ First, I sketched the embroidery design on paper. I tried to mark the lines exactly where the threads would go, so the drawing would guide me clearly and I wouldn’t have to guess later. This helped me a lot. ---  Paso 2📝 Una vez ya realizado el boceto, lo pasé a la franela. Lo hice poniendo la hoja dentro de la tela de la franela y después alumbrando para ver el dibujo. Traté de remarcarlo muy bien para que quedaran las líneas oscuras y poder verlas en la tela. Y fui haciendo la guía con un lápiz sobre la franela. > Step 2📝 Once the sketch was ready, I transferred it to the t-shirt. I placed the paper inside the fabric and used light to see the drawing through it. I traced the lines carefully so they’d be dark enough to follow, and then drew the guide directly onto the fabric with a pencil. ---     Paso 3🪡🧵 Llegó el momento de usar los hilos. Coloqué el bastidor por la parte que quería empezar, que fueron las estrellas y con el hilo y la aguja comencé a hacer pespuntes ya que el hilo amarillo era grueso. Después, para las partes en azul y negro realicé cadenas porque ese hilo era más delgado, por todo mi guía poco a poco cambiando los colores cuando fuera necesario. Y así hasta que terminé todo. Para finalizar, con un encendedor quemé las puntas para que no se salieran. Y listo🌟✨️ > Step 3🪡🧵 Time to use the threads! I placed the hoop over the area I wanted to start with, the stars, and began stitching with a thick yellow thread using backstitches. For the blue and black areas, I used chain stitches since those threads were thinner. I followed my guide, changing colors as needed, until I finished everything. To seal the ends, I used a lighter. And voilà! 🌟✨️ ---    Este tipo de trabajos son muy entretenidos de hacer y además divertidos porque uno va trabajando poco a poco buscando terminar esa pieza con mucho amor, además a mí me relajan bastante. Quiero mejorar mi técnica y aprender a hacer más puntadas, aquí utilicé las básicas pero igual quedó bello el resultado. Espero que les haya gustado.
