Greetings!! It's a beautiful wonderful week for another wonderful prompt and i thank @hivestudents for this opportunity for to share and connect with each other How do i prepare for the day, when i wake up in the morning i will start by making my prayers, it's very very necessary and important to start your day with God.This is very helpful for successful day, guidance and protection

Excerise is most times underrated and it should one of must do morning preps, excerise release hormones called dopamine that helps increase happier mood, and relieve pains. I personally do common home workouts exercise like push-ups, jogging , stretching etc.
Also i would check out or calculate my moves for that day, these are activities scheduled for the day, this helps me to ne accurate and intentional about the day's activity. I would then have to arrange the house but before then I'll go through my phone. reply message, make a post on hive and some other places before cleaning up the house, and playing music along is top notch during my Morning prep this is onlg because it uplift the spirit but it also boosts energy and concentration.

And don't forget that a nutritious meal sets one up for an individual day. A heavy breakfast can embarrassment in school or work as they can cause drowsiness and low productivity. But taking a nutritious and a Healthy breakfast will boost energy and also help in metal stability.
And in conclusion preparing for your day doesn't need to start with boredom because it would may affect the whole day. The early hours of the morning are so scared that anything you do will affect the day.
