This song "My help" is an inspiration and a charge to us to let us know that our help comes from God who made Heaven and Earth. It is also said that "No body can receive anything unless it is released from above." Our help comes from the living God. He is all supreme and the greatest of all. "He neither sleeps nor slumber." No matter the situation you find yourself, when you've come to a point where you feel no help is finding you, all you need to do is lift up your eyes to the east where your help comes from. There's a limit to the level of help a man can render for you, but with God, there's no limit. Also, know that there's a God in heaven who will never forsake you when you need Him most because all of your help comes from him. He will guide you, comfort you, and supply all your needs according to His riches in glory through His son, Jesus Christ.

Esta canción "Mi ayuda" es una inspiración y un encargo para que sepamos que nuestra ayuda viene de Dios, quien creó el Cielo y la Tierra. También se dice que "Nadie puede recibir nada a menos que sea liberado de arriba". Nuestra ayuda viene del Dios vivo. Él es supremo y el más grande de todos. "No duerme ni se adormece". No importa la situación en la que te encuentres, cuando llegues a un punto en el que sientas que no hay ayuda, solo necesitas alzar la vista hacia el este, donde tu ayuda viene. Hay un límite a la ayuda que un hombre puede brindarte, pero con Dios, no hay límite. Además, recuerda que hay un Dios en el cielo que nunca te abandonará cuando más lo necesites, porque toda tu ayuda proviene de él. Él te guiará, te consolará y suplirá todas tus necesidades conforme a sus riquezas en gloria por medio de su hijo Jesucristo.
