As I was trying to head out for my normal morning walk today I saw some lightning flashes in the sky, which made me uncomfortable being outside, so I went back home. Later in the morning I took a short walk on the section of riverbank path near my apartment, but there were still some rumbles of thunder that made me nervous so I didn’t stay out too long (lightning is pretty rare here, so something strange was happening with the weather). Later in the day I walked to the grocery store and back.
