Description from Strava: Been a super busy weekend, with shopping on Saturday AM, weeding/gardening on Saturday PM, Moth Trapping Saturday Night, and then all day sat round my brothers house to look after him and keep him company after a recent broken leg...

Despite that, I still managed to find time to squeeze in an 11km run this evening, to round out my week to just over 60km

This was helped of course by running to work and back for 3 days this week (Tues, Thurs and Fri), along with a 10km bimble on a route around Canwick/South Common on Bank Holiday Monday earlier this week

The weather had been variable all week, which meant I had some different conditions to contend with. Tuesday was damp in the morning, and Friday had brief but heavy showers on the way home. Today was meant to be warm and dry in the evening, but I got caught out in a unexpected thundershower, but other than that it's been an easy week of training.

I definitely feel like I'm getting into the groove of commuting to work while running, and finding a routine that works :-)

Now its time to go to bed, as my alarm is set for 6AM on Monday morning, where I can start the whole process again!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
