Description from Strava: Holiday mode activated!
After our previous mini-holiday down in the Wyre Forest, its now time for our second mini-holiday... and this time we've headed up north to sunny Scarborough.
Just like last time, we are only staying here for 2 nights, and want to make the most of the short time we have. The drive to the seaside town of Scarborough is nearly 3 hours, so we chose to break it up with a visit to Flamborough Head. We had a lovely meander around in the sunshine, walking along the tops of the cliffs, and down onto the beach. As well. There were lots of birds to see and plenty of butterflies too.
After spending too long in the sun, we got back on the road and finally arrived at our hotel (another crummy travelogue, although this is better than the last one lol!)
There's time for a quick shower, before we head out for food at a local pizza place... good thing too, after all the walking and travelling, I am flippin' starving!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
