Afternoon Walk - walking into town after work

Description from Strava: After the last 2 days of walking 4 miles to work, and running 4 miles home, wednesday is a 'rest' day... which basically means I take the bus instead! After sat at my desk for 8 hours, I did need to stretch my legs, and so after work I decided to walk into town. Might as well make the most of calm and settled weather too, was lovely in the sunshine.

It was also an opportunity to pick up some shopping, including getting some birthday card for my brother and his wife, both of whom have their birthday next week (3 days apart!)

For the rest of my evening, I have to find some tea, and then I'll be talking to @dawnsart for the first time since she started uni, so I can get all the updates that have happened after the first 3 days back.

I also need to do some planning (and spend money) in preparation for my birthday week in November, but I'll update you properly on that another time

For now though, I can hear Pizza calling me! 🍕
