Description from Strava:
Another Busy day at work, due to having to help out my old team as they are short-staffed due to illness... it better than being bored I guess, but it does mean I'm struggling to get my own jobs done
And I'm busy again this evening... as soon as I got home I did some exercises:
Stava calls it weight training, but in reality it is some strength exercises and then lower leg mobility work and stretching
And then after grabbing some dinner, I'll be cracking on with the 3rd part of my Accountancy course... have already booked the exam for the middle of November so there is no time to waste!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
