@dannewton just finished a 10.44km run, that lasted for 62 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 827.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
A beautiful day outside today. Cool and only slightly breezy with plenty of sunshine. Perfect for me to get my 2nd run of the weekend done, and to make up for the missing mileage from yesterday, as I was lacking motivation. Today called for another 10km-ish easy zone 2 run, and to mix up I chose to head into town, and then head past South Common and up Canwick Hill for a change. This then takes me back up to the bypass, where I can then follow that home.

The run takes me to a total of (almost) 57km for the week, and is the biggest total I've managed since June

It is part of a period of really consistent training over the past 3 weeks, and again is really good to see as I move past the injury niggles and onto consistent training again.

And then after the run, it was time for the usual strength/stretching exercises

I know strava calls it 'weight training' but I do mean mostly stretching in this one. Speaking of which I also have my next physio apointment later this week, and for the first time since I started almost a year ago, I don't actually have any niggles or issues for the physio to sort out this time!
(touch wood, hope I havent jinxed it now!)

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
