Ambidextrosity isn't a scam

A lot of people term being ambidextrous as very unimportant and is only cool. It is understandable because 99% of the world are single handed and only about 1% or less of the world that is ambidextrous yet everyone is still living well and healthy. So what really is the gain to be ambidextrous?

Apart from how cool it is to be able to write with both hands or kick the ball with both feet it has helped in several areas.

SPORTS: in football(soccer) the ability to kick the ball with both feets makes you less predictable as the opposition does not know how and with which foot you would use to hit the ball in basketball some players that can bounce the ball effectively with both hands have very good dribbling example is Kyrie as what ever hand he holds the ball with he is very free on it.

LIFE: In life generally the ability to use both hands is crucial because a times one hand is tired so the other hand can carry on with the job.

Some people get injuries and are unable to use their dominant hand and have to learn with their other hand if you can already use both getting an injury won't be a problem for you. It has been proven that ambidextrosity also reduces the risk of injuries that are due to stress and it improves adaptiblity. I'm soccer alot of both footed players have the ability to dribble quit exquisitely and fantastically because they can feel the ball better. You might be thinking that this does not really affect you because you are not a footballer but if we can hold everything more with both hands some basic accidents might not be happening like when a jug falls and you try to use you weak hand to catch it

Interestingly the body is built in a way that the left brain controls the right side of the body, and the right brain controls the left side of the body. If you can use both sides of your body effectively it unlocks the both sides of your brain making you have a higher cognitive flexibility to switch between tasks more easily

I encourage you all learn how to use the less dominant part of your body.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME 🙏.
