Hello everyone I am @danowzz and I want to talk about exercise.
Now many people are engaged in many activities and don't have the time for workout or exercise. A lot of people wake up and go to work on coming back they are extremely tired and it is not their fault but I don't know but I will try to convince you on why you should be faithful to that your work out plan you started earlier this month ๐
A misconception about workout is that it makes you big and muscular but it still depends on the type of work out you are doing. Exercise helps in reducing body fat. Meaning that exercise helps in reducing the risks of some cancers, such as breast, kidney, liver, gallbladder, and pancreatic cancer. And reducing the chances of getting type 2 diabetes, which can lead to health diseases, stroke, kidney failure and the like and obviously it also improves your cardio vascular health which is your breathing.
Very importantly exercise improves bone and muscle health. A lot of people at old age cannot walk again some of them is probably due to the fact that probably some of them did not start working out when they were young. Alot of people it is at old age they see the advantages of workout that is why when you look out of your window int the evening you see that old Grandpa โค๏ธ and his wife walking ๐ some of them could have health issues so they workout tot manage there health while some of them are preventing health issues
Personally I workout so I can still be fit at old age. A lot of people do not have the motivation to workout, but being that cool grandma or grandpa that can play with his/her grandchildren at 75 should not that be enough motivation to workout now that you are still younger. A wise man said the best man to plant a tree was ten years ago but since you did not plant it then the next best time to plant it is now not tomorrow.
I put it to you the best time to start working out was ten years ago but maybe you did not start working out then the next best time to start working out is now not tomorrow.
Workout is not necessarily pushups and squats work out is also that cool morning and evening work. I describe workout as moving more
