I really can’t believe just how good the night sky is here, as far as I know, Holy Island is a designated dark sky area, and wow, I’ve never ever seen the stars as good.
So last night I headed back onto Holy Island for some nightsky photography , I really cant stress how beautiful the skies are on there, it is a designated dark sky area, and I was just amazed at how many stars you could actually see with the nsked eye.
When I got back to my digs, I couldn’t wait to see the images I shot, i put them on the computer and I am more than happy. These shots are single shot images, I was rushing as i could see cloud closing in and so I had to work fast.
These are just quickly processed shots too, so I can’t wait to get them processed properly, we are heading home today so I hope I get the chance to process the shots later.
