Today we decided to cook a delicious fish lunch in the air fryer, with rice, plantains with cheese, and salad. Super fresh and healthy for our lunch

Ingredients:

For the Fish:

  • 5 fish fillets (it can be hake, tilapia, or any white fish of your choice)
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
