It’s Friday August 22nd and the weekend is upon us. On one fine weekend last Fall, I went on a nature walk in the woods and happened upon a rather cool boardwalk. I really love walking on them; it feels great actually (maybe it’s the kid in me having fun). Once again, the weather was fantastic with blue skies galore. I did bring the trekking poles along, but quickly realized that I did not really much need them, as there was virtually no elevation gain or loss.
