This Cathedral forest was a gold mine of photo ops! So many humongous Douglas fir trees living, mixed with a few that had fallen. This tour around the forest took place on our second day on Vancouver Island. So far, we were really enjoying our nature walk. As it turned out, there were quite a few others with the same idea that afternoon. It was tough at times to photograph, without people in the way. I did manage to maneuver around the crowds though. Thanks for stopping by.
