A few more photos of the Marysville cascading falls, located in East Kootenay, British Columbia. Like I said yesterday, was experimenting with faster shutter speeds. The first three were captured at 1/2000th of a second, with an ISO of 4000; which is on the high side, and is when noise or graininess may start to appear. The lens I use has a max aperture of f4, but if I had a wider f2 or f1 then a lower ISO could have been used and thus eliminating any pesky “noise”. At my amateur skill level, I am pretty happy overall with my lens as is. Someday may graduate to a higher end lens, but heh, they don’t come cheap! Thanks for stopping by.
