It is a piece of money. Well, a part of a one dollar bill. Is it worth anything, well if you had more than 50 percent of paper money you can get a whole dollar, in this case that is.
But this is a small portion of a dollar, less than 50 percent of a dollar bill, so no, this is not a dollar, and not even worth a nickle if you brought it in.
That is the way it goes, but why did someone tear the dollar?
You know Jesus mentioned a piece of money, as it is written, Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee. Matthew 17:27.
Only this piece of money was of the coin money, you know a piece of a silver coin is still silver, or whatever metal was used for that piece of money.
But a piece of fiat currency well, in the USA, if you only have a piece of a dollar bill, that piece had better be more than 50 percent of the orginal bill, or you will not get your bills worth.
I like the coin money better, cause at least it doesn't say Federal Reserve Note. No coins say federal reserve note. And I'm glad about that.
In the Constitution, Congress is supposed to coin the money, but what happened? Satan came into our money and then we have this Federal Reserve which is not federal at all, but a private bank. We let the bankers into our system again.
You see it was Andrew Jackson that got rid of the 2nd Bank Of The United States. Andrew Jackson warned us to not let the private bankers in the government again, but alas they did in 1913, when the Federal Reserve was created, and created under some suspicious circumstances.
Well, look up Federal Reserve and the theories behind it. All bad.
So I find this piece of money which now has no value to me. Notice the eye above the pyramid. The all seeing eye. Sounds like dark forces to me. Hopefully Trump will get rid of the Federal Reserve. Did you notice Trump put a picture of Andrew Jackson in the White House? I think he wanted to send the dark forces a message.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. Proverbs 29:2.
