Hello Friends!
I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my yesterday daily activities, on March 6, 2023.
In the morning I prepared material and read some pages of a book. I had lunch and prepared other material. I walked along the *Frigido River*, seeing some examples of *Hooded crow*. I watched videos and trained my self with some simple exercises. I washed my self and had dinner: *buffalo milk Mozzarella* and a slice of *Calda Calda* (a cheakpea savoury cake). In the end, I went to bed.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 6 Marzo 2023.
In mattinata ho preparato del materiale e letto qualche pagina di un libro. Ho pranzato e preparato altro materiale. Ho passeggiato lungo il *Fiume Frigido* vedendo degli esemplari di *Cornacchia grigia*. Ho guardato dei video e fatto dei semplici esercizi. Mi sono lavato e ho cenato: *Mozzarella di bufala* e una fetta di *Calda Calda*. Per finire, sono andato a letto.
