Hello Friends!
I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my yesterday daily activities, on March 13, 2023.
In the morning I prepared material and went to the bread shop. I had lunch at home and walked along the *Frigido River*, seeing two vehicles of the *Firefighters* in the surroundings. I stayed a bit away not disturbing the operations. I returned home, some simple exercises, a shower, and I went to bed after dinner with mozzarellas and a lot of fresh cheese made in *Ramiseto*.

Ciao Amici!
Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 13 Marzo 2023.
In mattinata ho preparato del materiale e sono andato in panetteria. Ho pranzato a casa e ho passeggiato lungo il *Fiume Frigido*, vedendo due veicoli dei *Vigili del Fuoco*. Sono rimasto a distanza per non intralciare le operazioni. Sono tornato a casa, qualche semplice esercizio, una doccia, e sono andato a letto dopo una cena con mozzarelle e un sacco di formaggio fresco fatto a *Ramiseto*.
