Hello Friends!
I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my yesterday daily activities, on March 19, 2023.
In the morning I biked to *Luni* and *Forno*, following some cyclists and greeting a former training mate. I filled some little bottles and returned home. I had a shower, ate a *Nettle lasagna*, and remained at rest. I read some pages of a book, I watched video and went to bed after having dinner and tasting a soft-fruits-sauce dessert.

Ciao Amici!
Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 19 Marzo 2023.
Al mattino ho pedalato fino a *Luni* e *Forno*, seguendo alcuni ciclisti e salutando un ex compagno di allenamenti. Ho riempito delle bottigliette e sono tornato a casa. Ho fatto una doccia, mangiato delle *lasagne all'ortica*, e sono rimasto a riposo. Ho letto alcune pagine di un libro, ho guardato un video e sono andato a letto dopo aver cenato e assaggiato un dessert alla salsa di frutti di bosco.
