My injury has been quite extensive due to an incident, when I was doing pull ups exercise in the rain, I slipped but refused to let go, as a result it causes injuries to my triceps and my lads, particularly my entire left shoulder.
That left me very little to no choice. I don't like to do any other exercises except brisk walking and pull ups. Since my left arm injured (for about 3 months now), what left for me is, keep walking. Padang Ipoh is one of my favourite places to take a walk early in the morning. I don't have to worry about getting chase by stray dogs. During my good days without my injuries, I can do pull ups with the goal racks.
Whilst the rest of the family decided to sleep in, we took mom out together with our neighbor. My sister is the one taking a picture, so she's not at the scene.
We didn't go out much as it was raining season. Provided, mom needed people around to be her company. Ever since my dad passed away, she has been looking for company very often. We went to church for evening mass, and then proceed to meet up with my brother for a quick dinner at one of the local restaurant.
The type of old restaurant you can find out from the signboard discolouring. These are the type of restaurant I've got nothing much to blog about. They're famous for 1 or 2 dish, we the locals came and patiently wait for our turn for a claypot noodles and that's the only motive we went.
They're also famous for roast chicken wing, it's like magic the way they roast it. We think they lightly fry the chicken first, before they put the chicken up on the toast rack, to lock in the fat and crunch.
Ok. Perhaps the restaurant reminded me I need to buy some one time use glove for the chicken wings. But then, I have a different agenda with the gloves.
The toilet upstairs has long been abandoned. Since a few years ago my dad gotten quite weak to climb the stairs, nobody else is using the toilet on the 2nd floor.
So I decided to give it a brush, got some chemical going since I have some gloves to protect my hand. I hope to help the family a little even if I couldn't provide much. With that, we concluded our firsts trip back to my home town.
