Davinci Translation Report from #47 to #48

# Greetings from @davinci.witness!  _{Thanks to [@pab.ink](https://steemit.com/@pab.ink) for making this fantastic drawing!} This is the report from week **#47** to **#48** about the translation activity conducted in collaboration with @utopian-io (you can find the previous report [HERE](https://steemit.com/witness-update/@davinci.witness/davinci-translation-report-from-45-to-46)). All contributions have been voted in this period: the first week we had a decrease in the number of posts published, but we recovered in the latter.  As mentioned in the last post, we are updating teams. This week we are glad to welcome @aleister in the Portuguese team, @sciack and @elicoz in the Italian team.
