Anytime I see this picture of me at the swimming pool, it was a sweet memories, I was in 300L then, I was one of the sports director crew of the school and I still remember till now, and this memories makes me just smile and shake my head. The memory still feels so fresh, like it happened yesterday. It was the night after our SUG Week celebration one of those nights that remind you what it means to be young, free, and full of life, experience all excitement without thinking of lectures, assignment or exam.
As one SUG EXCOS. The whole week had been stressful due to meetings, running up and down, making sure every event went well and the schedule of the activities and By the time it all ended, everyone was tired but happy. So, that evening, we all decided to celebrate ourselves a little. We planned a small night outing, just us, to unwind and enjoy.
When we got there, the music was loud, the air smelled of food and perfume, and everybody was just in high spirit as our way of students enjoyment. The excitement of dancing cracking jokes, and forgot about every school stress. Later that night, some of us moved to the swimming pool, I really enjoy the coollness I felt revived and new. That was where the real fun started. I remember jumping into the water even though I wasn’t fully dressed for swimming. The water was cold, but it felt good. We splashed, shouted, took pictures, and laughed like children.
There was this special kind of peace in that moment we all feel like life outside school stress no, I mean no worries about the future. Just pure happiness and friendship. I can still remember how the pool lights reflected on our faces and how everyone’s laughter echoed across the night. It was beautiful.
When I remember or just saw the picture om Facebook, I realize how much I miss those days. Life after school has become serious work, bills, deadlines, full of responsibilities. No more time for such now
That swimming pool night after SUG stick to my memories till today as one of the happiest moments of my school life. Not because everything was perfect, but because we were all together young, careless, and truly alive.
