Hello, friends. In keeping with this week's theme I bring you a piano piece belonging to the soundtrack of the stunning film The Pianist, it is the "Nocturne No.20" in C# minor, composed by the great Frédéric Chopin.
In this film we witness the difficult struggle for survival of the Polish Jewish pianist Władysław Szpilman (played by actor Adrien Brody) as he faces the Holocaust and the occupation of Warsaw by Nazi Germany during World War II.
A painful story masterfully narrated by its director Roman Polanski through which we witness the impact of loss and then the miracle of music saving a life.
It is undoubtedly a film not to be missed as it is also based on a true story, this being a direct memory of its protagonist.

Hola, amigos. De acuerdo a la temática de esta semana les traigo una pieza para piano perteneciente a la banda sonora de la impactante película El Pianista, se trata del "Nocturno No.20" en Do# menor, compuesto por el gran Frédéric Chopin.
En esta película somos testigos de la difícil lucha por la supervivencia del pianista judío polaco Władysław Szpilman (interpretado por el actor Adrien Brody) al enfrentarse al holocausto y la ocupación de Varsovia por la Alemania Nazi durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
Una dolorosa historia narrada de manera magistral por su director Roman Polanski a través de la cual presenciamos el impacto de la pérdida y luego el milagro de la música salvando una vida.
Sin duda es una película que no deben perderse ya que además está basada en una historia real, siendo esta una memoria directa de su protagonista.
Espero disfruten de mi interpretación.
