Salt Marshes - Lightpainting on Hive

@dawnoner · 2025-11-03 15:06 · Photography Lovers

Hello!

Few weeks ago, I came back to lightpainting after a 4-month break. It's the 1st time I stayed away from lamps that long since I started doing lightpainting back in 2011.

I was on the shore during a couple of days and I decided to do a night walk in to salt marshes at night.

WHAT IS LIGHTPAINTING?

Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
