HOW TO PREPARE QUICK & EASY NOODLES AND EGGS 🍜

In this post I will be sharing how I made some noodles and eggs for my family for dinner. It is one of those busy days when you need something easy and quick to make as dinner after a long stressful day. Noodles is that perfect meal that can save the day when you are not too energised to cook, however, it is always satisfying and sumptuous when well prepared.

Noodles and spaghetti is that one food that I try as much as possible to have in the house for moments like this. I have been working on concluding a job that needs to be picked up tomorrow morning by a customer, so I had to work late into the evening which was so hectic. Well, the most important thing is that I was able to finish the dress and it is ready for pickup - a white off-shoulder gown made with George fabrics. I will be sharing with you my lovelies in my next post.

Let's focus on today's lifesaver meal for the family.

Ingredients - 5 noodles

  • 3 - 5 tomatoes

  • Ground dry pepper

  • 1 spring onions

  • Noodles seasoning

  • 4 eggs

  • Vegetable oil

Step by Step - Start by prepping all your ingredients. - Wash and slice your tomatoes into small sizes.

  • Then wash and cut your spring onions into small sizes too and set aside.

  • In a pot placed on medium heat add some water and let it boil and add your noodles into the pot.

  • Let it cook for about two minutes. When it is soft, not to soft, put off the heat and drain the water using a sieve to get rid of excess starch. Set aside.

  • In a pot placed on medium heat add some vegetable oil and allow to heat up, add your onions and sauté for about a minute.

  • Next, add your tomatoes and stir constantly for about three minutes before you toss in your ground dry pepper.

  • Now, add your noodles seasoning and allow all to cook together for about two to three minutes.

  • When your sauce is well cooked add your noodles into the pot and mix together with the sauce. Try as much as possible to let all the noodles be mixed with the sauce. You can add some water if it is too thick.

  • Let it simmer for about one to two minutes and turn off.

  • Serve hot with your eggs.

  • Bon appetite.
